Don't know who enjoys it more: me or my daughter!

Just wanted to send along a quick note to tell you how much
we're enjoying Heather's class. She is a terrific and talented
instructor, and the kids all love her. Our daughter sings the songs
with us at home too, and we think that the music exercises help
her to see and hear the world differently.

The thing I like about Linda is that she really teaches the Music Together program. I want my daughter to have this music training, because I think she has musical ability which should be developed. Linda is a total musician, and she knows how to relate to kids and parents alike!

I put the CD on at home for my twin girls and [one] recognized the music, smiled and clapped her hands for the first time! [the other] started laughing... It was precious! Thanks, Paula, for a wonderful summer semester.

By the way, Heather is wonderful. . . the course is terrific. My little [baby] is benefitting greatly from the exposure and stimuli. Again, Heather is a gem. Thank you.

Excellent! My daughter really loves the program. She is my 2nd child, and I can see her passion for music and singing. She can duplicate a beat….it’s amazing! I’ve been around many children these past ten years and I’ve never seen a child so engrossed in music.

It was obvious on our first day of class that Heather was a musically gifted person who had an intuitive sense of how to enrich children with the musical experience. Heather was able to give me guidance and encouragement over the years and helped me to understand that it was okay for [my son] to learn in his own way and in his own time. She is a rare find and she will always have a special place in our family's heart!

[My daughter] has really benefited in so many ways. She is starting to put her toys away and I'm sure it's because of what she learned in class! She loves to dance and "sing" also, and recognizes all of the songs on the CD. It's

Miss Linda always has such nice things to say to the children and parents, even when a child acts up. She never loses her cool and really makes an effort to recognize each child for their own individual strengths.

Miss Linda is wonderful. The class is full of toddler boys; they can get a little crazy. Miss Linda is always able to pull them together and everyone has fun. Of course, the children love when the instruments are dumped on the floor. . . . The music and materials are great. My 1 1/2 year old son loves listening to the cd in the car and at home. If he's fussing in the car, I put on the cd and he instantly quiets and begins beating his hands on his car seat.

I've been participating in the music together program, first with my older daughter and now with my younger daughter, for long enough to have made the full circuit of Music CDs and Songbooks. This semester is the Drum collection which we started with....which is fine by me since we already have the tape(our car is so old it doesn't have a CD player and that's our best opportunity to listen through and entire songbook at home the girls always stop the player and go back to their favorite songs) and know all the songs.
We both like Linda...she is very nice and warm and makes classes enjoyable.

Linda has been a wonderful teacher and my daughter LOVES going to class. Thanks!

We had a wonderful time in music class! The teacher [Linda] was amazing, the class was in the Bellmore village which was an idyllic place!

We originally learned about the program through the Sunrise Mother's Center. Then, we took two programs -- Drum and Tambourine -- over the past few months and were thrilled with Heather Bloch.

My son and I absolutely adore Miss Adele. She is so expert with children!

Allison has an intuitive sense for how to be with children. We really enjoy her!

We are thrilled to return for another semester at Music Together at your Bellmore location. Miss Heather is a delight, and [my son] loves the music! Since my son was recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, we were concerned that he would not be able to participate in the class. Music has helped [him] to make positive connections with the world.

Meredeth is wonderful with the children!

Overall, we are SO happy with the program. I have recommended it to many people. I see such great things in [my son] as a result. we recently took him for professional photos and he is at the age where strangers are causing him some anxiety. He was very anxious and unhappy until i stood behind the photographer and sang to him. they he was smiling and relaxed. I am happy that he has been part of this program since he was 3 months old. It really helps him relax and at 9 months,  in class now in his own baby way, he sings along and bounces along to the music!

I'm a teacher and being that I have to work everyday and leave her with her grandpa I really look forward to spending Saturday morning with her at music. It's our special time together and she is learning so much. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for me and my daughter!   

I can't begin to tell you what Music Together has done for her.  If you ever need a child to use as an example or want a testimonial please let me know.  [My daughter] started at about 7 months and is now 18 months.  She usually just watches in class.  She is starting to play the instruments and follows along well with bells, eggs, and sticks.  She imitates some of the motions and is beginning it help with clean up.  She pays rapt attention to the instructor.  At home, she is a little star.  She sings, almost in their entirety about 10-12 songs.  She finishes lyrics that I leave off or does a back and forth, taking turns with lines.  She does almost all of the motions, mimics the rhythm practice at the end of songs on the CD.  She plays her instruments properly and loves our music time at home.  She even requests specific songs for me to sing.  Recently she started singing a song from 2 collections ago that I had forgotten about.  We can totally see how she has benefited from Music Together.  Her verbal ability is that of a 2 year old and ever expanding.  She learns other songs that aren't in the Music Together program like Happy Birthday and Ring Around the Rosey after hearing them only a few times.  When the radio is on she bops along, with really great rhythm and hears the lyrics so well I have to be careful what station is on.  I plan to continue with Music Together until she is in school.  As far as I can see there is no other program for preschoolers that can open pathways in their minds, give them confidence to participate and let them have fun the way Music Together does.  I recommend Music Together to every parent and parent to be that I know.

  My daughter and I love your program! She's 9 months old and we already did 2 semesters with you...one with Heather and one with Meredith....My mother-in-law wants to take [her granddaughter] to a class....

I wanted to share my experiences with you.  My son started [taking your Music Together classes] when he was only 6 months old and he is now 16 months old.  He absolutely loves it.  I have seen many great things with him through music.  He responds to the songs so well.  My husband and I sing the "Good Morning Song" to him first thing in the morning when he wakes up.  He smiles and I know that he recognizes the song.  In fact he recognizes all of the songs when we sing them outside of class.  I think this is one of the best decisions I have made to sign him up for music class.
 My son really loves the "ME" song and "Open and Shut Them".  He really loves when Meredeth . . . plays the flute and the keyboard.  This is a great class and I know my son is getting so much from it.  Miss Ali is wonderful too.
 I am glad we found Lockmusic.

This is my 3rd time taking a class with Ms. Adele.  Ms. Adele is amazing and very good with
the little ones.  My son absolutely loves the class as do I.   He sways to the music
in his car seat.  He also does a little dance anytime he hears any kind of music.  It's quite
amusing.  Thank you for such a wonderful program!

My daughter loves the program. We practice all the songs for any particular semester. It has been great for us and she is now singing the songs mostly by herself. She will be 3 years old [soon.]

  My son is very receptive to the music and picks songs up quicky- loves to sing along. When he recognizes a song he smiles and either sings or dances.

We attend in Bellmore, and we like the facility and love Miss Heather.

[Our daughter's] instructor Heather could not be kinder, more patient, interactive and fun! I am so pleased to be taking the class with Heather and can not say enough good things about her style of instruction and ability to incorporate all children of all ages and personality types. My husband is a professional musician and recently came to a class and could not have been more pleased.
[She] loves the intro song and the hands on instrumental activities most (percussive instruments).

My brother takes my nephew and he loves it!

As always, we are enjoying this semester just as much - if not more - than the two previous we've been in.
[My daughter] is now 15 mths old and is really starting to participate. I am truly amazed at how musical she is.
We are currently enrolled in Miss Linda's [afterschool] class.  [My daughter] really responds so well to the class.  Miss Linda is so constructive and does new things each week, but still maintains the structure and format, so the kids know exactly what to expect.  It is great.  [My daughter]  cannot go to sleep without hearing me sing Ally Bally Bee....it's wonderful...truly.
Thank you for helping to enrich my daughter's life.  It is really so great to watch her evolve musically from 7 mths old  when she began to 15 mths! 

My mother has had to take [my daughter] to a few classes this semester due to my work schedule.  My mother, being a retired first grade teacher, thinks the class is terrific and loves the way Miss Linda conducts the class altogether.  :) 

 This week my son, who is 14 months old, is really participating in the vocal portion of the triangle collection.  We have all loved the classes.  When "I'm Hiding" comes on, he knows there is a pause before "boo" is sung.  He also started repeating some of the la's and ba's in various songs-- in tune most importantly! He has over 40 words at this point, so he is beyond the basic ba and la sounds, but know when to put sounds correctly into a song.

After being a part of 2 sessions I can attest Music Together has been a positive experience for us on many levels.  I have been introduced to new and *better* songs than just the "Wheels On The Bus"! [My son] enjoys the interaction with other children which has resulted in him being more outgoing.  And, I have the pleasure of meeting other adults who share some of the same interests as me.

I would also like to take an opportunity to tell you how happy I was with Miss Linda! [She] is truly an asset to the group.  Her guitar playing always keeps [my son] mesmerized.  And her ability to control the class rather effortlessly is wonderful.

I took a summer class with Jenn, [My son] loved it.

My son (4.5 months) and I just finished our first semester of music class with Mrs. Meredith.  I have to say that she is an amazing teacher and we had such a good time with her. . . .  It was so great to watch my baby grow over the past 10 weeks and to see how much he loves music.  The class occurs during his normal nap time and he doesn't seem to care at all.  He stays awake and happy through the whole class and is usually out within seconds of it ending.  He doesn't want to miss a thing.
 Thank you for the opportunity to take the class and we are looking forward the next semester.

I just wanted to let you know that Ashley is one fantastic teacher!!! She interacts so well with both parents and the children, and is highly competent.  She does a great job of explaining the "whys" behind what we are doing.  Moreover, to say that she has such a genuinely good nature and demeanor about her is an understatement.  You (and we) are very lucky to have her.

Our son (2 yrs +) is taking Music Together for the first time. He loves it. The Bellmore location is great for us and the teacher is great.

We had our first class yesterday morning in Babylon and Meredith was great! She really connects with the kids, and the adults!!

Ashley is a pleasure and we look forward to the class.

My daughter is currently enrolled in t. . . class in Bellmore with Sonia (who we love).  This has been our second semester so far and we really love the program.  I've seen [her] grown so much throughout the two semesters - she have even begun to sing the songs herself!

  I recommend your program to everyone and I credit [my son's] love of music and dancing to Linda Strasser and the fabulous classes!

I am enjoying, and my daughter, is loving her Music Together experience. It was a great choice to sign my daughter up for music. Currently, we take classes . . .  with Ms. Linda. She is wonderful and her musical expertise and getting the children going at so many different levels speaks to her ability. I enjoy Ms. Linda and we also had a sub a few weeks ago (I believe her name was Meredeth). She was as delightful and perky. My daughter is high energy and Meredeth brought that energy into the class. We love the class.
